Properties with Purpose.

The month of February is the month known for two celebrations, Black History Month and the month of showing love to those around us. However, every opportunity we have to let those whom we love, know how much we love and appreciate them, should be expressed in the moment not just because it's a global holiday. We should take the time to display acts of compassion because we care. As the good book states, " Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing, some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.

"Our lives begin to end, the day we become silent about the things that matter."
Martin Luther King
We must be the change we wish to see in the world. I believe that there is more good in the world than there is bad. However when we are confronted with injustice we must speak up. It is our responsibility to ourselves and fellow man to uphold the moral threshold. When we do not, this then creates room for more injustice. As long as you fail to speak up against little things, you are exposing your human rights to being trampled upon in the future. If little issues are often overlooked, they aggravate into bigger societal issues. So if you see something , say something.
