About Us

Bunk Bed

Help Inn Folk is a Shared Living Space also known as co-living or communal living. We rent rooms to a wide range of individuals, including single men and women, senior citizens, low-income individuals, students, traveling nurses, veterans, those in transitional housing or re-entry programs, and individuals with unique requirements or specific circumstances. Shared living space offers a unique opportunity for residents to have a private bedroom or shared living units while sharing common areas such as kitchens, living rooms, and sometimes bathrooms. This arrangement promotes a sense of community, encourages social interaction, and fosters support among residents, as a result, this promotes an inviting environment where residents feel welcomed and valued.

Landlords

We collaborate closely with landlords who are interested in renting out their properties, seeking out those who embrace our mission and are willing to contribute to our cause. We prioritize landlords who demonstrate compassion and understanding towards the unique circumstances of our residents. For instance, we encounter situations where individuals may have mobility limitations that prevent them from working but receive government assistance income, or where residents may have a low credit score despite being employed. Therefore, it is crucial for us to maintain flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the specific circumstances of each individual.

Our goal is to increase community awareness about homelessness and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals who have experienced unstable environments. We strive to provide stability and a sense of security in an ever-changing world.
