Help Inn Folk provides shared living spaces—also known as co-living or communal living—offering rooms to a diverse group of residents, including single men and women, seniors, veteran's, re-entry programs, low-income individuals, students, traveling nurses, people with unique needs. Residents enjoy private bedrooms or shared units while accessing common areas such as kitchens, living rooms, and occasionally bathrooms. This housing model builds community, encourages social interaction, and provides mutual support, creating a welcoming environment where all residents feel valued and at home.
Landlords
We collaborate closely with landlords who are interested in renting out their properties, seeking out those who embrace our mission and are willing to contribute to our cause. We prioritize landlords who demonstrate compassion and understanding towards the unique circumstances of our residents. For instance, we encounter situations where individuals may have mobility limitations that prevent them from working but receive government assistance income, or where residents may have a low credit score despite being employed. Therefore, it is crucial for us to maintain flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the specific circumstances of each individual.
Our goal is to expand access to safe, affordable shared housing by increasing our property inventory, strengthening community connections, and providing stable homes where individuals can thrive.
